Visuals. Voice. Content. Taken together these things tell your story. And your story shouldn't simply tell what you do. It should be about why you matter. That's what makes a brand worth caring about.
Whether you're talking about a logo, posters, or product packaging, — you need to look great, while clearly getting your point across.
Design is half the equation. The rest is content. What do you have to say? Is it meaningful? Interesting? On-brand? From ad copywriting to website content, your customers deserve something of substance.
Ultimately, your website is a form of customer service. It should be fast, efficient and send people away happy. It should work slick-as-can-be whatever device it’s viewed on. And it should be easy to maintain.
a) hard-nosed noir detective
He was staring into a glass of cheap whiskey when the door swung open. Through a haze of cigarette smoke, he saw the woman. “I’m looking for Figoli Quinn,” she said, “the private eye.” He didn’t say anything. He never said anything. But he noticed the dangerously short skirt. He poured more whiskey. He had a bad hunch …
b) long-lost Jedi master
These were the worst Jedis Luke had ever seen – not even close to ready. Luke couldn’t train them. Yoda could have, but Yoda was dead. Luke had one last chance – he had to find Phigholi Quwynn. Everybody thought Phigholi was washed up, undisciplined, a loose cannon. But he was the only Jedi left who knew the old ways …
c) little-known but intrepid explorer
Greenland might have been Figoli-land — or Quinn-land — had the ship not become jammed in the sea ice for seven weeks, allowing two other explorers to get there first. Capt. Figoli Quinn shrugged off the disappointment. “It’s not about being first,” he said. “It’s about not having to eat your shipmates. By that measure, we pulled it off.”
d) all of the above
Yup. Figoli Quinn is actually three people. We ask questions, crack cases, explore ideas, channel the Force, and we’ve been known to have a whiskey. Bring us along on your adventure. We’ll help tell your story to the world – in words, in pictures, in code — whether you’re a Jedi master or a cupcake maker.
