This is the kind of small project that just makes you happy — a logo for the University of Oregon’s Urban Farm. It’s also a good example of how not all “logos” have the same end goal or overall criteria.
They came asking for a “logo,” yes, but as we talked about it, it was clear this was going to end up being used mostly as a T-shirt design, maybe a sign, maybe on trucker caps or the occasional poster. This allowed something slightly more complex than what we might do if we were creating a mark that would be used to build a corporate identity.
